Glynnis has worked with K A Rayner Presentations CC (“KAR Presentations”) since 2010 as an IFRS/accounting and auditing expert. KAR Presentations was and is contracted by the JSE to teach the auditing profession two separate courses, the Auditors GLR (focusing on earnings per share (EPS) and headline earnings per share (HEPS) and other important JSE LR) from 2010 onwards and the Reporting Accountants Specialist Person (“RASP”) (focusing on HEPS and specific assurance requirements for corporate actions (“CAs”)) from 2013 onwards. Glynnis teaches EPS/HEPS calculations, compilation and disclosure on both the Auditors GLR and on the RASP and teaches complex auditor assurance requirements on the RASP with respect to CAs. Glynnis has been asked and has answered all nature of accounting and auditing questions on both courses over the years and has never been found wanting in respect of her technical knowledge. Keith Rayner teaches all the JSE LR compliance material on both courses.
